Welcome! I’m Dr. Barbara Robles-Ramamurthy, a triple board-certified Adult, Child & Adolescent, and Forensic Psychiatrist based in Texas.

As a Mexican-American immigrant, mother, and community organizer, I know firsthand how culture and systems impact mental health. My approach is rooted in love, justice, and collective healing—whether I’m working with a family in San Antonio, a Latina executive across Texas, or organizations nationwide.

With degrees from Baylor College of Medicine, the University of Pennsylvania, and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, I bring over 15 years of clinical and consulting experience.

I’ve authored more than 100 publications and regularly contribute to national organizations like the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and the American Psychological Association, advancing equity in mental health.

Through TEKU, I merge organizational psychology consulting, my aim is to increase healing and justice across sectors to promote community mental health.  My expertise includes conflict resolution, strategic planning, curriculum development, program evaluation, and more. My consulting approach is highly collaborative, rooted in trust and respect, and embraces equity and justice.
